Nansledan is a new town devised by King Charles the Third whilst he was Duke of Cornwall and in control of The Duchy of Cornwall. Some 4300 homes and business properties will be built to exacting material and design principles in line with King Charles's environmental and social beliefs, over the next 24 years. With around 800 homes completed to date, a strong community has already formed. the Lions charity group enabled Father Christmas to visit. The tree is donated by the Duchy of Cornwall which is now in the domain of the king's son William Duke of Cornwall
