Chinese artist creates jaw-dropping dragon by walking over fresh snow
This astonishing video shows the moment a Chinese artist creates a jaw-dropping dragon in the snow by just walking over a fresh snowfall.
The artist identified Mr Zhao became a sensation after he stepped through the snow and made a dragon resembling Mushu, a beloved character from Disney's 1998 animated classic Mulan.
In the 20-second-long recording, Zhao can be seen walking over the snow-covered surface in the city of Shahe, in Hebei Province, northern China, as he tracks out the giant 100-metre-long (328 feet) dragon.
In an interview with local media, Zhao said that it took him more than two hours to complete the design, which he hoped would bring everyone good fortune in the coming year.
According to the Chinese zodiac, 2024 is the 'Year Of the Dragon' and is expected to bring growth, success, prosperity, and abundance.
The spectacular sight stunned many passers-by who halted to record Zhao's creation on camera.
Zhao said: 'I don't know if anyone likes such designs, but I want to wish everyone good luck in the Year of the Dragon in advance!'
