1 pound of tannerite and balloon filled with acetylene
We were visiting friends out in Udall Kansas. We were bored so we went and got some Tannerite. We filled a balloon full of acetylene to add more power to the explosion. The first shot missed but a spark from the bullet hitting the metal caused the acetylene to explode and you can see the tannerite tumble under the barrel as it goes airborne. We filled another balloon and fixed the barrel and the next shot hit the mark. The lid went very high and was airborne for quite awhile. We used a couple gopro's to get closer footage and a nikon to film from a distance. We used 1 pound of tannerite and an ar 15 .223 to explode it.
