Five Palestinians were killed Sunday in an Israeli drone strike on Tulkarem in the northern occupied West Bank, bringing the number of fatalities in the territory in violent incidents with Israel to over 500 this year, the highest since 2002, at the peak of violence during the Second Intifada.

The five youths were killed during "Israeli aggression" in the Nur Shams refugee camp of Tulkarem, "after occupation drones bombed the site," which has been the target of dozens of raids by Israeli troops since the war against Hamas in the Gaza Strip began on October 7.
