Hero pet dog brings injured squirrel to his owner for treatment
This is the heartwarming moment a hero pet dog brought an injured squirrel to his owner for treatment.
The pooch named Namchok surprised owner Bell Nutawut when he came home with the bloodied rodent in his mouth in Khon Kaen, Thailand, on June 28.
The canine gently placed the squirrel on the ground, then restlessly paced around the befuddled owner as if asking for help.
Bell said: 'I was sitting at work when Namchok brought a squirrel to the house like he wanted me to help him help it. So I decided to take the squirrel to the vet. The doctor gave treatment and advice. She said that the squirrel's wound was not a bite wound.
'I released it into the wild after it recovered. I hope it's safe wherever it is.'
