US: Rain And Snowmelt Flood Rivers In Vermont 2
Heavy rains and snowmelt causes rivers to swell across Vermont on Tuesday, December 19.
Temperature rise and rain over on Sunday through Monday caused snowmelt that exacerbated flooding in rivers. Five rivers reached major or moderate flood stage, according to NWS.
