In the video filmed in Yanshan County, southern China, an excavator lost control on icy roads within the picturesque Cloud and Ice Mountain scenic area, prompting tourists to flee.

Fortunately, the excavator didn't collide with any individuals, but one visitor sustained minor injuries while seeking refuge and was taken to a medical facility.

Following the incident, relevant support staff swiftly arrived at the scene, and the scenic area intensified patrols on icy sections to ensure visitors’ safety.

According to officials from the scenic area, the excavator, returning from a rescue mission on the mountain, skidded uncontrollably due to the freezing conditions.

云冰山景区工作人员回应称，近期因冷空气南下降温，出现冰冻天气，系一台上山救援后返程的挖掘机因路滑导致失控，挖掘机未撞到人，一名游客躲避时被树木擦伤，已送医。事发后警方到场处置，景区已加强结冰路段巡查，保障游客安全。
受伤游客回应称，已在医院检查，没有伤到骨头，并无大碍。
