18 soldiers and police participated in the body contest open tournament in Indonesia.

Participant number 9 from the Indonesian Army won 1st place, followed by no. 12 from the Indonesian Navy in 2nd place and 3rd place was won by participant no. 51 a Marine.

Apart from soldiers and police, the body contest tournament was also attended by dozens of civilians from various regions in Indonesia.

The 2023 Open Tournament, 'Malin Kundang Body Contest' for the Military Resort Commander 032 Wirabraja trophy on 19 - 24 December was held to commemorate the 78th Day of the Emergency Government of the Republic of Indonesia.

This first tournament was held in the legendary tourist area, Air Manis Beach, Padang City, attracting the attention of tourists who were curious about the soldier's body shape under his camouflage uniform.

Military Resort Commander 032/Wbr, Brigadier General Rayen Obersyl, said that the tournament which was held at the end of this year was to encourage the enthusiasm of soldiers and the general public to maintain health, be physically fit and in good shape, as well as promote regional tourism.
