Dramatic footage has emerged from China of a Sports Utility Vehicle stopping on emergency vehicle lane being crashed by a lorry on highway.
In the video, captured in Luoyang, Henan Province on January 15, the driver of SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) picks up a call during driving on highway. Then, he hangs up the call and tries to park his vehicle on the emergency vehicle lane. After a while, a fast driving lorry collides it directly.
According to local news, the SUV driver picked up the phone illegally and occupied the emergency lane in a non-emergency situation, so it will be deducted six points and fined 200 RMB (about £20) While, as the lorry driver couldn't stop in time, he will be fined 200 RMB(about £20) as well.
