Hotel ceiling collapse causes 8 injuries with investigation underway
12月25日上午，河南省三门峡市陕州区一酒店疑似发生吊顶坍塌事故，目前其中8名伤者在一家医院接受治疗。目前，事故原因正在调查中。
现场视频显示，一家酒店的宴会大厅内灰尘弥漫，人群惊慌失措，酒店门口驶来消防救援车、警车和救护车。
据一名当事人介绍，12月25日上午10时许，她在河南三门峡陕州区陕州大道一家酒店参加婚宴时，酒店的吊顶突然坍塌下来，她吓得撒腿就跑，现场有几人受伤，被送往医院治疗。
对此，三门峡市陕州区应急管理局工作人员介绍，该事件中有人员受伤，伤者已被送往医院救治。应急管理部门工作人员已到现场处置此事，事故原因正在调查中。
三门峡市120急救中心工作人员表示，该事件中的伤者已被送往三门峡市中心医院救治。该医院接收了该事件的8名伤者，他们的伤情不是很严重，目前都已经住院治疗。
