This incident happened in Bisakhedi village in Ujjain district on December 26.

The creature was captured after a long effort by the forest department officials. As per a report, villagers panicked big time after the snake was spotted. The sighting of this big snake instilled fear in the hearts of the residents of the village and they informed the forest department, who started their efforts at rescuing the reptile. Subduing such a massive creature is more than just a tough task and the officials didn't give up. After an hour's attempt, the snake was finally caught and four people had to take it and lock it up in a cage.
After the reptile was captured, villagers expectedly breathed a big sigh of relief. The forest department team responsible for the rescue operation was led by Dilip Singh Panwar. The villagers who assisted the forest department in their efforts at capturing the snake, were--Sonu Chauhan, Rajesh Chauhan, Dilip Sher and Sanjay Jha.
