The video captured on November 15, 2023, in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province depicts a cozy nighttime scene in the bedroom of a cat and its owner.
In the footage, a woman was peacefully asleep, while her kitten, ErPang, cautiously approached his sleeping owner. After a couple of gentle scratches of the covers with his paws, the owner sensed the cat's movements and instinctively lifted the covers in her sleep, allowing the cat to delicately slip into the warmth of the sheets.
Chinese netizens were impressed by the 6-year old kitten's resourcefulness and good behavior. The owner couldn't help but joke on seeing the surveillance video that she has gotten trained to automatically open the quilt by the cat.
