TikTok user '_redrosemedia' detailed an encounter where a building resident allowed her access, noting her Amazon vest and the package she carried. Upon exiting the elevator on the 2nd floor, the resident insisted she should visit the concierge despite delivery instructions stating otherwise. Opting to follow protocol, '_redrosemedia' proceeded to locate the customer's door, prompting the resident to express frustration to another woman, culminating in harassment and assault directed at '_redrosemedia'. Capturing the ordeal on video, she asserts that both older white women appeared affluent, drawing assumptions from the neighborhood and the upscale apartment building, and strongly believes their hostility stemmed from racial motivations.

Despite initiating legal action and urging public identification of the individuals involved, '_redrosemedia' remains unaware of any updates in the investigation. The distressing incident compelled her to pause work with Amazon, her primary income source, causing significant disruption to her routine. Expressing discomfort with certain delivery locations due to Amazon's structure of assigning shifts without confirmation, she initiated a GoFundMe campaign to support her finances during this tumultuous period.

She highlighted the irony of being accused of aggression while being physically assaulted, revealing her apprehension about defending herself for fear of facing severe repercussions.
