This footage was filmed and produced 16 November 2023.

On November 16, 2023, in the wintry beauty of Ykeshi City of Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia, a photographer captured the amazing sight of a huge circular ice pan appearing on the Chuoer River.

The ice disc in the video presents a perfect circle, with a diameter of about 20 meters, slowly rotating counterclockwise as the water flows around the bend in the river, which makes people marvel at the magic of nature.

According to media reports, these marvelous ice discs are usually found at the outer bends of rivers, where the ice is cut off by the accelerating flow of water and, after constant friction with the surroundings, ends up in the wonder of a perfect ice circle.
