The video purportedly shows Russian military personnel detecting and destroying small-sized unmanned aerial vehicles belonging to Ukraine.

Soldiers from the crew of the OSA anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) of the Southern Group of Forces, targeted unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Tuesday, December 26.

Russia's Ministry of Defence said in a statement: 'From the first day of a special military operation, crews of the OSA air defence system provide air cover for ground forces, carrying out combat duty on the front line.

'Military personnel, using the radar station and missile weapons of the complex, detect and destroy small-sized enemy reconnaissance and strike unmanned aerial vehicles in the air, which pose a threat to assault units and equipment of the Russian Armed Forces.

'The accuracy of combat use allows crews to destroy up to four enemy air targets with one round of ammunition, after which the air defence system is removed from combat duty and goes to the ammunition replenishment area for reloading.'

OSA crews have reportedly destroyed more than 20 Furiya and Leleka unmanned aerial vehicles in recent weeks.
