1月1日，山西太原。狗子在家里趴着睡觉突然被扫地机器人“咬”尾巴。监控视频中，扫地机器人工作时，突然咬住狗狗尾巴，狗狗吓到大叫，站起想要脱身，但扫地机器人一直未松开。狗主人表示，家里的这款扫地机器人里面没有刀片，狗狗尾巴没事。当时家中没人，自己看到监控后，大概半小时到家帮狗狗脱困。期间，扫地机器人没有停止工作，也没提示任何异常，产品介绍有避障功能，但识别不出来那是狗狗的尾巴。
