In the ongoing operations of the 5th Brigade's combat team in Khirbet Ahza, significant developments unfolded as a tunnel shaft was discovered within a school. The Givatay Brigade Combat Team swiftly responded by eliminating a Hamas soldier attempting to attach an explosive charge to a tank.

Continuing their efforts in Kherbat Ahzaza, the 5th Brigade's combat team, comprising armored and engineering forces, raided central locations, uncovering a tunnel shaft and discovering images of weapons in a school. The brigade's fire complex strategically targeted Hamas positions, including observation posts and anti-tank launch sites.

In Khan Yunis, intense fighting persisted as IDF forces deepened their attack. The Givatay Brigade Combat Team successfully identified and neutralized a soldier attempting to affix a bomb to a tank, along with three accomplices in the vicinity.

Additional achievements included the discovery of weapons and a substantial amount of currency in a soldier's residence in Noh'ba. An Air Force fighter jet, guided by the Kafir Brigade's fire support complex, targeted a munitions production facility in Khan Yunis linked to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad organization.

Further south, in the Tupah region, the Nahal Brigade's fire complex detected a squad utilizing drones to observe Israeli forces. Through swift coordination with artillery and ground forces, an IDF remote-manned aircraft decisively eliminated the threat posed by the squad. The operations underscore the Israeli Defense Forces' commitment to thwarting potential threats and maintaining security in the region.
