An adorable video has emerged from China of a dog with saliva dribbling from its mouth while it wait for its owner mouth to count to three to allow it to eat.

The footage, filmed in Chengdu, Sichuan Province on December 10 last year, shows the dog's owner telling the patient canine it can't eat the food until she counts three. So the dog waits there with a big line of drool dripping from its mouth.

However, its owner doesn't count the number in order, she counts three at the end of five, finally allowing the excited dog to chow down.
