Wild bear raids family's tent while camping in Thailand
This is the terrifying moment a wild bear raided a family's tent while they were camping in Thailand.
Footage shows the animal sniffing outside the pitched domes before scampering away when the campers scared it with flashlights at the Kaeng Krachan National Park in Phetchaburi province on January 5.
It let go of the plastic that it took from the grounds and escaped.
There are two main species of wild bears found in Thailand - the Malayan sun bear and the Asian black bear, like that seen in the video.
The Asian black bear is found in the northern and western mountains of the country. They are omnivores and their diet consists of fruits, nuts, insects, and small mammals.
