A hapless kitten was nearly crushed by a closing door when it tried to squeeze through the gap while following its owner.
CCTV footage shows the feline trying to run outside as the glass door swung shut in Chanthaburi, Thailand, on July 11.
The cat was seen trying to fit itself through the small opening, but cried out in pain as the door continued to close, pinching its tiny body.
The kitten's owner rushed over upon hearing it, and opened the door to free it.
