"U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited Israel on Tuesday. During his stay, he met with Israeli President, Prime Minister, Defense Minister, Foreign Minister, and the war cabinet. Local media reported that Blinken urged Prime Minister Netanyahu to avoid more civilian harm in Gaza. They also discussed issues such as the release of hostages and the importance of allowing more humanitarian aid into the strip."

"In Gaza, health concerns are still rising as the war nears a hundred-day mark. The UN Humanitarian Office OCHA reported a total of 59 out of 77 health centers are not functioning, and only 120 shelters have access to medical points. Additionally, Palestinians remain at a high risk of transmitted diseases due to poor living conditions, notably overcrowding of shelters and lack of access to clean water and hygiene facilities.
Israel conducted widespread raids across the West Bank. Three Palestinians were killed as Israeli forces stormed the city of Tulkarm and its refugee camp (on Monday night)."
