Firefighters successfully removed a bee colony that had been residing on a homeowner's patio in Bogota, Colombia, for two years.

Bicentennial Fire Station's firefighters recently conducted the removal of a bee colony that had taken residence on the patio cornice of a residence located at 126c Street with 46a Carrera. The bees had been there for two years. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the operation.

The firefighters demonstrated prompt response and efficiency in addressing the situation without complications. The community is reminded of the importance of reporting any emergencies to the emergency line 123 for swift attention and resolution of similar situations.
