Family make most of Finland's freezing conditions to 'improve blood circulation'
A family in Mantyharju, Finland, make the most of the county's freezing winter by taking dips in ice holes which they claim improves blood circulation.
The filmer told Newsflare: "Finland has six months of winter and besides many famous winter sports, ice hole swimming is one of them which is only for the bravest people.
"The video was filmed on a very cold day, -18 degrees Celsius. After a sauna, Finns will bury themselves in the snow or go down to this ice hole for better blood circulation."
