In a prompt response to a distress call received on January 11, 2024, through the "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergencies, rescuers from the Baku Regional Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs executed a heroic rescue mission. The report indicated that a child had been left behind a closed door in an apartment located in the Khatai district of Baku city.
The rescuers, equipped with climbing gear, accessed the apartment on the 14th floor of a seventeen-story residential building via the balcony. Acting swiftly, they successfully reached and rescued the unattended child, ensuring the safety and well-being of the young individual.
