However, a smoking man stepped on a two-wheeled electric self-balancing scooter commonly known as 'Hot Wheels' on a viaduct where automobiles and motorcycles pass. All other passers-by were dumbfounded when he fell into the street. What's even more ridiculous is that after the man fell, he glared at the car behind him. When he got up, he seemed to be holding a short bat and 'swaying' in the driveway!"
