A flying tyre struck a car after falling off a truck on a road in southern China.

The terrifying dashcam video was filmed in the city of Hechi in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on January 15.

Eyewitnesses report that the flying tyre originated from an oncoming large freight truck. The vehicle in front of Mr. Zhou's procession skillfully manoeuvred out of harm's way, but the tyre had other plans.

According to Zhou, the tyre crashed into the left side of his car as he tried to evade the unexpected obstacle. Despite his best efforts, the tyre struck the left door, leaving a considerable impact.

Unfortunately, Zhou was unable to dodge the oncoming tyre entirely, and his vehicle's front end bore the brunt of the collision.

Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.

1月15日，广西河池安都县，周先生在接亲路上突遭“飞来轮胎”，躲避不及被撞上。据当事人周先生介绍，轮胎是对向行驶的大货车上脱落的，前车紧急避让，左侧车门被轮胎撞上。自己躲避不及，车头正好被顺势拐过来的轮胎撞上。车头变形比较严重，人没有事儿，目前正在走保险流程。
