Bat nest falls into sink after man removes air conditioning from wall
The bizarre video shows a colony of bats falling into a kitchen sink when a builder removes an air conditioner from the wall.
Smartphone footage recorded in a family home in the city of Binzhou, in Shandong, China, shows bats falling straight into the sink after an installation worker removed the AC on January 13.
In an interview with Chinese media, he later revealed that the nest contained more than 20 bats that were later disposed of in nearby woods.
The filmer said: 'This is why regular inspections are important.
'On January 13, in Binzhou, Shandong, workers, while dismantling and replacing an air conditioner, discovered a nest of bats inside their air conditioning.
'There were approximately 20 bats, and using the air conditioner resulted in an unpleasant odour.'
