In a series of targeted operations, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have continued their efforts to eradicate Hamas threats in the Gaza Strip. The 401st Brigade Combat Team made a significant discovery in the Beit Lahia area, uncovering around 100 rocket installations and approximately 60 rockets poised for launch. The ensuing battle resulted in the elimination of numerous militants.

Operational cooperation between the Air Force and the 5th Brigade Combat Team in North Shati proved successful, leading to the elimination of nine militants with the assistance of an aircraft and a combat helicopter. In Khan Yunis, the 7th Brigade Combat Team directed aircraft to eliminate militants and utilized a combat helicopter to neutralize an observation device posing a threat to IDF forces.

Additional action in the Khan Yunis area saw the Parachute Brigade combat team identifying and eliminating an armed militant in close proximity to the forces. Shortly thereafter, another militant in the same building met a similar fate, neutralized by tank fire from the combat team.

The IDF remains committed to ensuring the safety and security of its forces, actively targeting Hamas elements and weapons throughout the region.
