Snow Virtually Shuts Down Main Western Truck Crossing Between Canada and the United States. As the south coast of British Columbia and the Pacific Northwest of Washington State see a major blast of winter snow, the conditions have almost shut down the flow of goods between the two nations at one of the normally busiest crossings in Western Canada.

Clips here show the general weather conditions in the region in addition to the quietness at the Pacific Border Crossing between Surry, BC and Blaine, WA. Snow ploughs are trying to keep up and cars are finding it challenging to keep rolling. All schools have shut down in the region as have many businesses.
