In a significant operation, the 36th Division, in collaboration with Yahalom and Shaldag units, has exposed and dismantled the core of Hamas' weapons manufacturing industry near the Salah Al-Din Road in the Gaza Strip. The area housed both above and below-ground weapons factories and lathes utilized for the production of ammunition and weapons for Hamas operatives.

Soldiers discovered numerous tunnel shafts, some extending hundreds of kilometers, linked to a tunnel route. The extensive network facilitated the transportation of weapons throughout Gaza. The Golani Brigade, in Maghazi, revealed workshops for weapon production within civilian structures, uncovering substantial weaponry and equipment.

The 188th Brigade, operating between Nuseirat and Bureij, located machines for chemical substance production and discovered hundreds of long-range rockets. The 'Yiftah' Brigade targeted Hamas' Bureij Battalion, finding terrorist funds, propaganda materials, maps, and weapons, emphasizing Hamas' exploitation of civilian areas.
