Yiftah Brigade forces conducted operations in Al-Maghazi against Hamas infrastructure strategically positioned near and within civilian structures. Armored Corps and Combat Engineering units targeted a Hamas command and control center housing a weapons production site. Additionally, a loaded rocket launcher was discovered in an adjacent olive grove. All were promptly destroyed by the IDF.

During the operations, a terrorist cell fired an RPG at an IDF tank. Responding swiftly, IDF forces identified and engaged the perpetrators. The Fire Control Center guided an aircraft to eliminate several militants. After identifying another armed militant with an RPG attempting to flee, IDF soldiers engaged in close-quarters combat, neutralizing the threat.
