Monkey breaks into family's flat and climbs up and down 33-floor building
The astonishing footage shows a monkey breaking into an apartment through the window before repeatedly climbing up and down a high-rise building.
The opening of the clip, recorded in the city of Suzhou in Jiangsu, China, showed the animal entering a family's flat through an open window on January 18.
However, just moments later the animal could be seen reaching the top of the 33-floor apartment building before jumping on the balcony below and sliding down the pipeline of the heating system.
Shortly after, upon taking a walk in the front yard of the property, the monkey once again went up before making it to the top for the second time.
Chinese media revealed that the monkey first entered the building through its west gate, where it managed to escape the security guard who had attempted to catch it with a net.
According to the security guard, the creature showed no signs of aggression, and instead, appeared to be exploring the surroundings.
After police also failed to take hold of it, the monkey then left the residence building on its own at around 9pm.
