Mexican voters favor Sheinbaum as the presidential frontrunner in Mexico City, Mexico

If today were the presidential elections, 61.1 percent of Mexicans would vote for Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, candidate of the alliance between Morena and the Labor Parties (PT) and Verde Ecologista de Mexico (PVEM), revealed the most recent poll by El Economista and Mitofsky.
According to this exercise, the Morenoite flag almost doubles the preferences of the presidential candidate of the parties National Action (PAN), the Democratic Revolution (PRD), and the Institutional Revolutionary (PRI), Xochitl Galvez Ruiz, who got 26.9 percent of the preferences.
While in third place appears the newly anointed presidential candidate of the Citizen Movement, Jorge Alvarez Maynez, for whom only 6.5 percent of voters would vote, according to the 'National Poll Electoral Trends Towards 2024 exercise, which applied to 1,600 Mexican citizens between January 13 and 16.
When interviewees were asked why they would vote on June 2 in the presidential election, they also showed their preference for the 'Keep Making History' alliance with 47.9 percent of respondents, while the coalition 'Strength and Heart for Mexico' obtained 26.6 percent, MC 7 percent, 6 percent said by none, and 12.5 did not answer or do not know why party would vote.
