"I'm now in a resettlement site of Wushi County, which is located at the epicenter of the 7.1-magnitude earthquake (on Tuesday). We can see people afflicted by the earthquake have moved into tents. Although the temperature is very low, there is heating equipment in each tent. Rice, flour, oil, and other daily necessities are sufficient.
According to local authorities, after the earthquake, organized rescue efforts are carried out in an orderly manner."
