This video was captured when an earthquake struck Aksu, Xinjiang on January 23.

The seismic activity was significant, with visible shaking of buildings, cars, and walls, accompanied by what some believed to be earthquake light.

Some Chinese netizens believed that the "lights" were not earthquake-related, but rather the result of high-voltage cabinets and transformers being damaged and causing short circuits, leading to fires. Currently, no reports have been found explaining the phenomenon.
