Helicopters dumped water on a wildfire razing a forest in the Philippines.

Two Super Huey choppers were dispatched by the 505th Search and Rescue Group of the Philippine Air Force to perform water drops on the woodlands near the town of Itogon in the mountainous province of Benguet on January 29.

The Philippine Air Force said the fire broke out on January 26 and has razed some 12 hectares of forest.

No casualties have been reported.

The Bureau of Fire Protection was investigating the cause of the forest fire.
