A huge bee was removed from a patient's ear in Son La, Vietnam.

The doctor said the patient had complained of an ache in his ear. He added that whilst harvesting honey a bee had attacked his ear and managed to lodge itself inside.

After using endoscopic equipment, the medical professional located the insect and removed it using forceps.

The damage caused by the bee will take several days to heal with the help of treatment.

According to the doctor, the man came to the hospital with an earache. He said that while taking honey, suddenly a bee entered his ear and attacked his ear.
The doctor quickly used endoscopic equipment and forceps to remove the bee from the man's ear.
The doctor said his son had attacked the man's tau duct and caused damage. It will take several days for treatment.
The man said he would have to use protective equipment when collecting honey.
