A dramatic rockfall in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, sent motorists fleeing on January 30.

Footage shows the moment rocks tumbled down a mountain and crashed onto a section of the Manali-Chandigarh National Highway.

Quick-thinking motorists quickly reversed to avoid the cascading debris and pedestrians managed to flee just in time.

The collapse from Darki Hill created a large cloud of dust but fortunately, there are no reports of any damage or injuries.

After a few hours, the road was reopened.
