Sakura tree blossoms in Thailand
Blossoming Sakura trees were captured in aerial footage blossoming in northern Thailand.
Tourist Kai recorded the stunning pink flowers in full bloom across the mountains of Phu Lom Lo in Phu Hin Rong Kla National Park in Loei province on January 30.
Kai said: 'They are really beautiful and bloom all over the mountain. I encourage everyone to come to the part and enjoy the view.'
Sakura trees, also known as wild Himalayan cherry trees, are referred to by locals as Nang Phaya Sua Kroang or Tiger Queens.
They are found in northern Thailand, predominantly in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, and bloom once a year during cool weather and at high altitudes.
