The bizarre footage shows a group of female activists rescuing three puppies that were locked inside an individual's car for days.

The activists spotted the pets then began arguing with the woman, whose identity remained undisclosed, and asking her to release the puppies from the car on January 26.

Meanwhile, the owner, reportedly from the locality of Chirag, in New Delhi, India, then touched one of the social activists' feet and asked them to leave the puppies inside the car and go.

Footage shows how they broke the rear window of the vehicle, which was parked right outside of the lady's home, and set them free.

Indian media reported that the puppies were most likely locked inside the vehicle for days before the activists rescued them.
