A customer narrowly escaped as a roller shutter door unexpectedly plummeted in southern China.
The terrifying CCTV footage was filmed in Haikou City in Hainan Province on January 20.
An entire roller shutter door of a storefront unexpectedly plummeted after being raised, narrowly missing a male customer who was following the shop owner inside.
The shop owner, taken aback by the incident, revealed that the roller shutter door had been in use for approximately 10 years and likely succumbed to ageing.
The proprietor mentioned plans to replace the door.
