On January 24, 2024, in Anhui, a woman, Ms. Xiao, was on her way to visit her relatives when she saw a group of compassionate children took matters into their own hands to provide relief for stray dogs enduring the harsh winter.
They constructed makeshift shelters, complete with blankets, to ensure that the dogs wouldn't suffer from the cold.
