A powerful atmospheric river storm continued to hit California on Monday, February 5, causing widespread damage.

The storm brought heavy downpours, destructive mudslides, and violent winds, knocking down trees and power lines and leaving at least three people dead.

This video shows the roof of a student apartment building of California State University in Sacramento destroyed by a fallen tree caused by strong winds on Sunday, February 4.
