In early February the "Rose of the North", Chiang Mai, Thailand holds an annual festival to celebrate the wonders of the flora that we are able to enjoy.
Not only are there live plants and flowers, but wonderfully crafted light displays, a large parade and, as in this clip, live stage performances expressing local culture.
