Russian air forces 'hit Ukrainian troops and armoured vehicles with unguided S-8rockets'
Russian Air Forces have allegedly struck Ukrainian troops and armoured vehicles with unguided aircraft S-8 rockets.
Russian Aerospace Forces units carried out the alleged strike by firing S-8 rockets from a Kamov Ka-50 combat helicopter in the area of Lyman, in Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine, on February 5.
The Ministry of Defence in Russia claimed that all of the targets were successfully hit in the fire, after which the crews returned safely to their locations.
A pilot named 'Mature' who took part in the purported attack said: 'Today, a combat mission was set to destroy the enemy's personnel and equipment concentration.
'The flight proceeded without any issues. The equipment performed as expected. The advanced aviation controller reported the destruction of the targets.'
