"My name is Shaheed. My Chinese name is Wang Kai. I came to China in March 2018."

Shaheed, 36, is from Ghana in Africa. In 2018, he came to China to pursue a master's degree.

After graduating, he chose to stay in China and joined a company in Langfang City, north China's Hebei.

This is his third time celebrating the Chinese New Year in China.

"I think experiencing the new year in China is a very good experience. It's very nice, the tradition and people coming together, going back home to see their families again."
