On February 5, 2024, at 3:39 am, authorities received an alarm notification from the Chevron Gas Station located at 5151 Canal Blvd. As officers arrived at the scene, they found that the front door of the gas station had been smashed. The security room was in a mess, and the camera system had been stolen.

Further investigation by the police revealed that the burglars had stolen money from the cash register, which totaled $200. The ATM machine was also damaged, and the cash box containing $1,000 had been taken.

Police collected video footage from the gas station's surveillance camera, which captured two individuals entering the store at precisely 3:34 am on Monday morning. The video footage gave the police a lead in their search for the suspects involved in the burglary.

The Chevron Gas Station is cooperating with the police in their ongoing investigation, and the authorities are urging anyone with information on the incident to come forward.
