Chinese youngsters join chest-pumping Yingge dance
Chinese youngsters joined in a chest-pumping Yingge dance during a street parade.
Footage shows the kids making synchronous movements with their arms and legs while marching forward in Guangdong province, China, on January 30.
The children also hit two sticks together to create a rhythmic sound that echoed along with the drums.
Yingge dance is a traditional folk dance performed by the Miao ethnic group living in southeastern Chinese provinces. It is usually performed during holidays and festivals, seen as promoting fortune, love and happiness in the coming year.
