In a swift and decisive response to the recent rocket attack on Kibbutz Be'eri, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have identified and eliminated the operative responsible for the attack. The rocket, fired from the central Gaza Strip, landed near the kibbutz before the IDF's Nahal Brigade quickly located and neutralized the perpetrator in Gaza City with the assistance of an IAF aircraft.

Further operations in western Khan Yunis led to the discovery and elimination of additional armed cells and the seizure of a cache of weapons, including AK-47s, drones, an RPG, and explosive devices. IDF ground troops, in coordination with the IAF, successfully thwarted multiple attempted attacks by targeting and eliminating operatives approaching their positions.

The IDF special forces also conducted targeted raids, seizing weapons and neutralizing armed operatives in the region.
