Train staff in China assisted a pregnant woman in delivering baby onboard.

The video was filmed on the K846 train from Guiyang City to Ningbo City on February 19.

At 6:02 am, as the K846 train was traveling between Huaihua city and Loudi city, a female passenger experienced abdominal pain. She was 32 weeks pregnant and was traveling with her husband to Ningbo city for childbirth.

The train staff made announcements seeking medical assistance and improvised a makeshift delivery room using clean sheets and blankets. At 7:13 am, with the help of the train staff, the passenger successfully gave birth to a baby girl.

The train conductor contacted Guangzhou Railway Dispatch to request an ambulance at Xinhua Station to transfer the mother and baby. Upon arrival at Xinhua Station, the mother and baby boarded the ambulance and were taken to the hospital.
